Rated 5 out of 5 by chrisml1092 from SOLID PHONE!!! I got this phone bout 2 weeks ago and I must say this is a pretty solid phone. Nice screen, nice camera (I'm not big on pics tho), pretty fast and responsive, I haven't noticed any lag except when I type but very seldom. Feels good in the hands, and you can't beat all the accessories you get with the phone. I'm new to WP (coming from android) and I must say I'm very impressed and will be sticking around to see where they go from here.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kingvimardo from Good phone but missing stuff This is a great phone to jump into the Widows Phone arena. However, if you already had a Lumia device, this is the device for you. The screen is not as responsive, and the camera is average, also the screen colors and resolution don't help. The Windows phone experience on this device is not as its suppose to be. I tried doing a soft reset of the phone, pressing the volume and power button, and believe it or not it sent me to the Bios, just like on a PC, a black screen with options on it. Remember if you are a first time WP user, this device does not constitute the way WP works on a device, WP is much better. Try the Lumia 1520!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scott Florida from Great budget phone I had the original BLU WIN HD and upgraded to this one a couple of weeks ago. The overall quality of this phone seems much more like a higher end phone. Very pleased with the better performance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by traceman from The phone is ok.. By ok, I mean it looks great and works pretty good for what I use the phone for. I mainly use it for talking and texting. I do not play games on the device. I mainly use Facebook along with Messenger & Gas Buddy. Other than that I use it as a phone. I am sending the unit back due to what may be a defective battery. If I leave the phone on the charger overnight I am experiencing rapid battery drain as soon as I unplug it from the charger. The rapid drain even continues if I restart the phone. The only thing that stops the rapid drain is to unplug it as soon as the charge hits 100%. BLU Customer Support is awful. I always get the same answer from them. This is my third phone from them in less than 5 months. Each has been returned. The answer I get is always they need to talk with their developers which tells me they are not properly documenting problems. I do like the color of the phone. I am going to give this phone one more shot. I will be sending this off for a replacement. At this point I am not getting my hopes up... I can live with the phone if the battery is really the problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by sabels from Good phone at a great price. I've only had a few weeks with this phone, but so far it's mostly good news and smooth sailing. On the up-side; the software is fluid, apps launch quickly and haven't seemed to lag, the voice clarity is pretty clear on both earpiece and speaker, callers on the other end say I'm clear, camera is decent but not stellar, build quality seems good and feels solid, phone feels good in hand, and most everything seems to work well with only a couple caveats. The caveats: Twice in the time I've had this phone the screen has gone black and unresponsive during a call when on speakerphone. It was like the phone was off but the call was still active although I could not access screen; power button was unresponsive as well. After call phone was manually powered back on. The battery life is comparable to my almost two year old Moto G, that's not great for a brand new phone. I will be at about 35% by 5-6pm with light usage; gets me through the day but doesn't inspire un-tethered confidence. Lastly, data seems a little tricky. There have been a couple times where I had a no data detected type message and had to go and turn off wifi to get data to come through. All in all it's a good phone for a great entry level price. It looks good, feels good, and performs ok. Time will tell as to longevity. I'm also interested to see what the Windows 10 update does for this. Part of me feels like I should have opted for the Nokia but part of me is satisfied with this and happy I saved some coin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Izzybee206 from I am going back to andriod I can't received nor send pictures. I am having a hard time hearing anyone that calls me. I can't type because it freezes on me. I am having a hard time hanging up until they hang up. I am just frustrated and disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MB95 from Fair The phone looks high quality. But I can't send or receive group text. And I have a problem with the font being stuck on large. I have to restart the phone to correct this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by PT_from_FLL from Good unlocked dual-sim phone for low price There are lots of good feature in this phone, read specification. I am going to list items that I didn't like or I am expecting improvement. 1. 8GB storage is small since memory is so cheap they should include at least 16GB. 2. I got used to Nokia 810 touch, which was very sensitive. On this phone it is not that sensitive. Some time I have to press twice. 3. Battery is not user replaceable. 4. It is standby dual sim, that means if one call is in progress on sim-1 then 2nd call on sim-2 goes straight to voice mail. No missed call or call waiting on your phone. If there is 2nd call on sim-1 then it shows call waiting. 5. Missing NFC, (required if you need to pay with phone or pair with Bluetooth) 6. Why they call it Yellow, it is Lime Florescent color. 7. After 6+month of use, when battery is charged overnight, I see low battery message after I unplug, when I restart phone, I see full battery icon. Not sure if it is software problem or battery problem. I will contact support. 8. I am not Android fan otherwise just for $20 more I will get Asus Zenphone 2, that is power-house.
