Rated 5 out of 5 by rrock from Bought it used, love it! I bought this laptop used from BLINQ to replace an older Macbook Air. It isn't as thin or light as my Macbook, but it is more powerful and flexible. I can use it as a tablet, in tent mode, or as a touchscreen laptop. It looks brand new despite being used previously. I booted up Windows 8.1, completed the setup, and then installed all of my software. Everything is working smoothly so far. I plan to upgrade to 8 gigs of RAM and a solid state drive so I can get even better performance out of this machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wade from Totally unusable The laptop was advertised as "new" but came in with a "like new" sticker, which was also a lie. There were many visible scratches on the front and back covers, as well as Russian letter stickers still covering the entire keyboard. The entire thing itself was unusable since the "Q", "A", and "Z" letters all didn't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wisekat9 from Just what we needed The first time we ordered, the product came damaged, but Blinq gave us a refund and luckily we were able to snag a different piece for a similar price. Unfortunately, it didn't come with a Windows product key; however, Blinq also gave us a partial refund for that and we just installed Linux so all's well that ends well. It's small in size, lightweight (almost feels a liiiitle flimsy), great for on the go working & web browsing! We knew what we were getting (except the no Windows thing) so no complaints!

Rated 4 out of 5 by GzmoPJ from Great Price For A Nice Item. . .But!! Sold as an "Open Box Item", which it was, however the Windows 8.1 OS had a MAJOR FLAW and kept shutting down constantly with "Whea Uncorrectable Error". After spending hours researching and trying to fix the "Error" I almost gave up and sent the laptop back. My Guru son and computer wiz fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. All seems to be well, but time will tell about this "error problem". Blinq Price are very competitive, and shipping was very fast. I would definitely purchase from the again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NICK from Great Value After an intensive search to find a machine that would fit all my needs as a fully functional laptop and a portable tablet, but not break my wallet...then I found blinq.com. The Dell 11.6 3000 series 2-in-1 is everything I needed and more and with blinq, I didn't spend a fortune. The item was advertised as" used, in good condition" and it arrived as advertised. A few minor scratches, but otherwise fully functional and in great working order. After 3 days, the charger would not charge the battery and I then noticed the charger was an aftermarket and not genuine Dell equipment. I called customer support and was quickly greeted and told that I could either return the item free of charge, or I could get a partial refund for the purchase price of the charger. I chose the generous partial refund and was able to purchase a genuine dell charger for much less than the credit received. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and will use this website in the future with no hesitation. This is the only time I can remember using a company where the customer support was so friendly and helpful. I anticipated a long process but was pleasantly surprised by the quick response. The total phone call took less than 3 minutes. I was never put on hold and I received resolution to my issue wit options. Great job, I look forward to my next purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by youthdecay from Lightweight and upgradable Purchased for my girlfriend, whose computing needs are pretty basic, with the intent to upgrade. She mostly uses this to browse the web and stream videos. Out of the box, this laptop is slower than I expected with a 2.16GHz processor. Upgrading to 8GB of RAM made a huge difference. We also swapped the hard drive for a 240GB SSD, but mainly to increase durability/shock-resistance because this 2-in-1 will be traveling a lot (read: my girlfriend is a klutz). With the upgrades, she loves this laptop. Pros: Upgradable guts (unlike many competitors in the sub-$300 class, which have all of their parts soldered to the motherboard), free upgrade to Windows 10, very nice screen for the price point, cool "yoga" feature Cons: Slow without upgrading, touch screen sometimes glitches, keyboard feels cheap, power-on button is choosy about when it'll cooperate on the first try

Rated 5 out of 5 by fictionfanatic from Great Laptop! I originally purchased a Windows 10 and the layout just wasn't working for me. Returning to 8.1 was a welcome relief and I would recommend it to anyone. Dell too. Being able to fold it into a tablet is super convenient, it's just the right size for somebody always on the go, and it runs like a dream. 10 out of 10.
