Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Disappointing Decent features, we like the all-in-one for our small office. Not easy to access them though - speed dialing is not one touch (that we had in our old Canon) so it seems like entering the number every time is quicker than speed dialing. Scanning works well, easy to use. Copying & faxing are slow, with added step of "updating data" when done (message that flashes on when job complete - can't do anything until it's completed). For the money spent I expected much more (and thought Xerox would have been on the forefront). Thought we would have gotten a significant upgrade going from Canon to Xerox but I liked the simplicity & ease of use of our old Canon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Excellent copier and printer While the copying and printing is excellent, it is not an intuitive product. Scanning a document with delivery to a computer is an exercise in frustration. The online instructions are verbose and not much help at all. I keep a second printer for scanning and faxing. Faxing using the WorkCentre can be hit and miss. I have worked with and purchased this type of equipment for 34 years as a practicing attorney. I gravitated to Xerox because of its reputation but I am not sure if I would purchase a Xerox product of this type again. Perhaps Xerox is more interested in developing systems and machinery for more advanced commercial environments.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Still alive and kicking in a Warehouse! Our use case is scanning packing lists/delivery receipts to email to notify managers of deliveries in a timely manner. They then mark up the PDF scans and print as needed back to the warehouse. The scanning ADF works reasonably well with folded and spindled, if not mutilated, documents. The print quality took some tweaking to get it darker, the eco-mode is a no-go. In a rough environment it is still running fine. THERE IS NO PC in the warehouse, but the warehouse manager was able to get up and running with about 5 minutes of instruction. That's a good testament to usability in my opinion! It's almost like Xerox has been doing office machines for a long time......

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Best In Class. I traded in an HP for this unit. I also have the Xerox Phaser 3635X. While this does not offer the Touch Screen, it does work very fast. I find the Xerox Web support is great too. Way better than poking through a manual. Conectivity is simple. The Cast of 'Of Mice and Men' could set this up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from 3325 We got this machine a couple of months ago. Our Secretary said it was too complicated and she couldn't figure it out and could only use it as a standard copy machine. About a month later, we got a new secretary and then it did everything it said it would on the box. New secretary said setup was easy and quick, using discs and instructions that came with it in the box. (1st secretary did not do much work and blamed the machine, among other things, for her lack of productivity. She no longer works for me.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from NOT USER FRIENDLY WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY MACHINE. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO STAND AND HAVE TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO SOMEHTING SO SIMPLE AND IT TAKES 20 PLUS MINUTES TO FIGURE IT OUT OR JUST LET IT GO AND DO IT SOME OTHER WAY.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good Printer Print quality is excellent - I use it for music mostly, and it prints beautifully for that. Copies are sometimes fiddly in that if you are copying from a book that's not 100% flat you have to remember to really push on the lid so no light leaks in while it copies - but the copies are very clear and crisp most of the time. I haven't figured out all the features for emailing scanned images, etc. And the printer is not completely intuitive. Cannot print multiple copies at once because it freezes the printer - have to turn it off and on again to get it to print again.
