The American Educational 2565 investigating nonrenewable resources chart is used for geological and environmental study, and illustrates sources and related products that are nonrenewable within one human life time for detailed examination. The chart features mounted natural specimens and their corresponding manmade products, such as gypsum and wallboard and bauxite and aluminum on the North American continent, for demonstration purposes. The 2565 also depicts regions worldwide for identifying where ores and fossil fuels that do not naturally replenish in a human life span are mined. The chart has a wood frame for display, and measures 24.0 x 18.0 inches (L x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point.) The 2565 can be used as a supplement to the 2566 investigating renewable resources chart (sold separately) for versatility, and is suitable for grades 6 to 12 and ages 11 to 18.
