Rated 1 out of 5 by Heather29 from Worst Cup Ever! I bought these cups about two months ago and they both leak, it's almost impossible to get the lids on correctly and if the cups gets bumped or dropped the lids leak. It's clearly a design flaw. I bought them because the plastic and silicone are safe for baby but the cups simply don't work as intended. It's clearly a design issue. My friend also bought the same cups and has exactly the same problem with them. The silicone spout has broken and I had to throw it away so that the tiny pieces of silicone don't consumed by my baby. We bought a green sprouts cup and it works great. I will never buy another playtex product again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by TKsmum from Playtex customer service was so great! I purchased this for my 9 month old last month. She never drank from a bottle, but loved the sippy cup. She was able to teach herself to drink from the sippy cup in a few hours, then from the straw cup in about a day. Unfortunately the sippy cup leaked so I called the number on the website, and a really helpful agent (Eileen?) assured me that it would be replaced and that we would be satisfied. I was so impressed because It's rare these days for a large company to take ownership and actually care about the customer experience. I would definitely stick to Playtex products in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointedmom from Poor design compared to the old cup I bought a set of these at target a few weeks ago because we loved the playtex cups for our oldest child. This new design is a huge waste of money. They leak horribly if you don't have the lid on just right. They should have two handles. I also broke one of the soft spout lids the first time I washed it just by trying to get it back together. My finger went right through the spout, damaging it. Bring back the old design!

Rated 5 out of 5 by rlnash from 5 stars! I have bought a few different types of sippy cups and this cup is the BEST! I had bought a similar one from Munchkin but suckling from the straw was like trying to sucks a thick milkshake through a straw. Your cup has the perfect resistance in the straw and my daughter loves the cup too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Pretty good cup I like using this cup, though my son does not seem to care for it just yet. I have not been able to find one that he especially likes though, so I will keep offering it. This cup is pretty easy to put together, not the easiest, but far from the hardest! It cleans well, without many nooks to hold gunk in. The cover can be tricky to screw on with the handles, you have to keep them lined up. No leaks yet! One cup sat full of water on its side under the table for a few days, and did not leak like others who have met that fate. It does not leak when swung around by the child either. I prefer straw cups, but this one has been pretty easy for me to live with as a parent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by 1stMom from Baby liked but spout ripped I bought this for my 9 month old to transition to sippy cups from bottles. After a few tries, she took it, which was great! However, the valve and spout are difficult to get positioned correctly in the lid. When trying to do this, I gouged the spout slightly with my thumb causing a rip in the spout. Now milk streams out and it's unusable. My baby won't take it. I haven't been able to find a replacement piece like other brands sell so the cup is no longer functional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mindy from Liked it at first My 9 month old daughter has used this cup for about a month. She used it with ease, and I really liked it for her. She has 8 teeth, though, and bites everything. Every other cup we tried, she ripped right thru the silicone mouthpiece in the first or second use. I thought this cup would be different because the mouth piece seemed harder, but she ended up tearing it, too. There is no replacement mouthpiece for it as there are with other cups, so we have to buy an all new cup! That gets expensive and wasteful to have to replace the whole thing, considering most kids who will use these are of teething age. I'd love this cup still if there was a more simple replacement piece.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great spill proof cups I received the Playtex Sipsters Stage 1 Soft Spout 2pk for free in exchange of my honest and unbiased opinion. My son is currently one and experienced slight difficulty grasping the handles but with time got better. The spout released just the right amount of fluid, not too much and not too little. It was overall easy for my son to drink out of. Cleaning of the bottle was quick and very easy as well. Before reviewing the Playtex Sipsters Stage 1 Soft Spout 2pk I was not aware of them but now that I have had the opportunity to test I would definitely buy more in the future as well as recommend it to other moms.

- Designed with the help of a feeding specialist and a pediatrician, this cup promotes independent drinking skills. It s a great first sippy cup for your child, if you can handle the fact he s growing up so fast!. Colors may vary.
