- A: All BLINQ orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"), and we'll issue a full refund once your item is received

- A: Please click here to start the return process, or call or email us to request your RMA. We'll email you a free, pre-paid return label. Just follow the instructions in the email, and we'll issue a full refund once your item is received. International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.
- Q: How do I exchange an item?
- A: We offer a hassle-free full money back refund policy that doesn’t limit you to a product exchange. If you’ve changed your mind about your order, simply return the original item for a full refund by following the steps above. Then purchase another item of your choice.
- Q: How long do I have to return an item?
- A: We accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, if your item is defective, please consider a warranty claim with the manufacturer, which may be available.
- Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
- A: All returns are processed within 1-2 business days. (In rare cases, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refunded amount to appear on your account).

- A: All BLINQ.com sales include our 30-day money back guarantee. Items may have additional warranty coverage through the manufacturer. To determine if your purchase is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
